4. Use the tool or wrench to secure the diaphragm outer and outer edges to separate the diaphragm from the intermediate. And then turn the diaphragm device clockwise. After removing the outer sheet of the diaphragm, remove the shaft from the intermediate.

5. Clamp (padded wood) Separate the shaft from the diaphragm device to check for damage to the shaft, splint, diaphragm, and corrosion.

6. Install Step 5 from Step 1

Pneumatic diaphragm pump troubleshooting:

A: Pneumatic diaphragm pump has action, but the flow is small or no liquid outflow:

1. Check the pump cavitation, reduce the speed of the pump so that the liquid into the liquid chamber.

2. Check that the ball is jammed. If the operating fluid is incompatible with the pump's elastomer, the elastic body will have an expansion phenomenon. Please replace the appropriate material of the elastomer.

3. Check the pump inlet connector is completely tight and tight, especially the inlet end of the ball around the ball clamp to be locked.
